Can i use Easy File Locker in a commercial organization?
Yes, Easy File Locker is free software. You can use it on any computer. You don't need to register or pay for Easy File locker.
How can i lock the whole drive?
You can't lock whole the drive, but you can lock all the files and folder in the drive. so why do you need to lock whole the drive?

Lock a file
Click the 
button on the toolbar, then a dialog will be shown, select a file and choose how to protect this file, then click "OK" button to lock it.
Or you can drag a file and drop it to the list, the file will be added to the list and will be hidden from the OS. you can modify it later.
Lock a folder
Click the 
button on the toolbar, then a dialog will be shown, select a folder and choose how to protect this folder, then click "OK" button to lock it.

Modify an item
Select an item from the list, and click the 
button on the toolbar, then a dialog will be shown, choose how to protect this folder, then click "OK" button to apply it.
Delete an item
Select an item from the list, then click the 
button on the toolbar.
Set a password
Select Menu Item System -> Set Password, then a dialog will be shown, enter the new password and confirm, then click "OK".
Clear the password
Select Menu Item System -> Set Password, then a dialog will be shown, don't enter any password, then click "OK".
I forgot my password, can i get the protected files back?
Yes, please start your computer into Windows Safe Mode, then all the protected files will be visible and accessible.
